Dear Art Martin, I am a 42 year old Scottish Physiotherapist/Osteopath living and working in France (near Toulouse) since 2001. Since august 2008 I have been suffering progressively more and more from ill health, (lost 21kg, respiratory,Depression, anxiety and GI tract problems.
